WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER IN DUBAI

Wedding Videographer in Dubai

Your wedding deserves more than a recap. It deserves a film that stops you mid-breath, ten years from now, and reminds you exactly how that day felt.

Cinematic Wedding Films in Dubai

Dubai hosts some of the most spectacular weddings in the world. Grand ballrooms, desert sunsets, beach ceremonies, private island receptions. The scale is extraordinary, and the details are impeccable. Filming here demands a videographer that can match that standard.

Tanit Studio brings a film production background to wedding videography. I started in commercial and narrative work, not weddings, and that training shows in every frame. I understand how to handle challenging light, large venues, and fast-moving events without sacrificing cinematic quality.

Based in Dubai and Paris, I film weddings across the UAE and internationally. My couples tend to be detail-oriented, design-conscious, and drawn to films that feel like short cinema rather than standard wedding videos.

My Approach

I treat your wedding day like a short film production. Not in the sense of staging or directing, but in the sense of craft. Cinema cameras, prime lenses, independent audio recording, considered framing, and editorial pacing that gives the story room to breathe.

Dubai weddings often combine multiple cultural traditions in a single celebration. Lebanese, Indian, Emirati, European, Filipino. I have filmed weddings that blend three or four traditions in one day, each with its own rhythm and significance. Understanding these ceremonies, knowing when the key moments arrive, and positioning correctly takes experience. I have it.

My colour grading is built for Dubai light. The desert has a quality that shifts dramatically from the white noon glare to the amber-pink of golden hour. Indoor ballroom lighting in Dubai hotels tends toward warm and theatrical. I grade each film to honor these conditions, not to flatten them into a generic look.

Wedding Services in Dubai

Full-day coverage is my core offering. I arrive during preparations and stay through the final moments of the reception. For multi-day celebrations, which are common in Dubai, I offer two and three-day packages that cover the henna night, Sangeet, Nikah, or church ceremony alongside the main reception.

My cinematic highlight films run 5 to 8 minutes and condense your celebration into a piece that feels like a short film. Long-form documentaries (30 to 60 minutes) capture the complete day for those who want every speech, every dance, and every transition preserved.

Desert elopements are a particular strength. Two people, a 4x4, and the empty dunes at sunset. These films are visceral and stripped-down, often my most visually striking work.

I also provide drone aerial coverage, which is especially powerful for beach and desert settings, same-day edits for reception screenings, and pre-wedding films shot at iconic Dubai locations.

Multicultural Wedding Expertise

Dubai is one of the most culturally diverse cities on earth, and its weddings reflect that. In a single month, I might film a traditional Emirati celebration, a grand Indian wedding spanning three days, a Lebanese reception with a Zaffe entrance, and an intimate European ceremony on the beach.

Each tradition has its own flow, its own critical moments, and its own visual language. I invest time understanding the specific ceremonies involved in your wedding so I never miss what matters. If your families come from different backgrounds, I approach each tradition with equal respect and attention.

I speak Arabic, French, and English, which helps me connect with families and coordinate with local vendors across different cultural contexts.

Destination Weddings in the UAE

Beyond Dubai, I film across the Emirates. Abu Dhabi offers venues like the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Saadiyat Island resorts. Ras Al Khaimah provides dramatic mountain backdrops and desert landscapes. Fujairah brings the east coast's quieter beaches and mountain wadis.

For couples flying in for a destination wedding, I serve as a local expert. I know the light patterns at every major venue, the best times for outdoor filming, and how to navigate the logistics of shooting in the UAE. I handle media permits when required and coordinate with hotel event teams who I have worked with many times before.

Atlantis The Royal & Atlantis The Palm

The Royal's skyline terrace offers an unmatched perspective over the Palm and the city. The Palm's underwater suites and grand ballroom provide two completely different visual worlds in one venue. I know both properties well.

Burj Al Arab

The most recognizable hotel in the world. The helipad, the Skyview Bar, the Al Falak ballroom. Filming here requires precision because the spaces are intimate despite the building's grand reputation. I use that contrast to my advantage.

One&Only Royal Mirage & One&Only The Palm

Traditional Arabian architecture, lush gardens, and beachfront ceremony spaces. The Royal Mirage at sunset produces some of the most romantic light in Dubai. The Palm property offers contemporary luxury with direct beach access.

Al Maha Desert Resort

Set within the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, this is the venue for couples who want dunes, wildlife, and absolute silence. The isolation creates a cinematic canvas unlike anything in the city. Golden hour here is extraordinary.

Madinat Jumeirah

Waterways, traditional wind towers, and views of the Burj Al Arab. The Madinat complex is visually rich and offers multiple ceremony and reception spaces. The abra boats through the canals provide unique filming opportunities.

Address Beach Resort & Address Downtown

Modern, clean lines with iconic views. The Beach Resort offers rooftop infinity pool backdrops against the Marina skyline. Downtown overlooks the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, which can be timed with your reception for dramatic effect.

QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions couples ask me most often about wedding videography in Dubai.

Peak wedding season in Dubai runs from October through April. I recommend booking 6 to 10 months ahead for these months. Summer weddings (May through September) can often be booked with shorter notice. I take a limited number of weddings per month, so earlier is always better for securing your date.
Yes, and I frequently do. Many Dubai weddings span two to four days with events like henna nights, Sangeet, Nikah, church ceremonies, and main receptions. I offer multi-day packages and can provide different crew configurations for different events based on their scale and importance.
I handle all necessary media permits for filming in the UAE. Some locations, especially public spaces, beaches, and certain hotel exteriors, require advance authorization. I coordinate this as part of my pre-production process so you do not have to worry about it.
I am experienced with Dubai's climate. My equipment is rated for extreme heat, and I plan coverage schedules around light and temperature. For outdoor elements, I recommend late afternoon and sunset timing, which also happens to produce the best light for filming. Desert shoots are always scheduled for golden hour.
Standard delivery is 8 to 12 weeks after your wedding. You will receive a private preview link to watch the film and share any feedback before I finalize. Rush delivery within 4 weeks is available at an additional cost.
I film weddings across the UAE and internationally. Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and beyond. With my Paris base, I also frequently connect Dubai and European destination weddings. Travel costs are quoted transparently and added to the proposal.
