Equipment & Crew
I shoot on cinema-grade camera systems that give me the dynamic range and resolution needed for everything from 4K web delivery to large-format event screens. My core kit includes stabilised gimbal systems, wireless follow focus, and a modular lighting package that adapts from tight interiors to open desert.
Crew size scales with the project. A social content shoot might be a three-person team. A multi-day commercial with talent, wardrobe, and multiple locations might require fifteen or more. I build the exact team the project needs, nothing more.
Locations & Logistics
Working between Dubai and Paris means I have deep knowledge of filming locations across both regions. I handle permits, location access, transport, and on-site logistics. If the project calls for a location I have not used before, I scout it in advance and send you a detailed report with photos and lighting notes.
I am also experienced with international productions. Cross-border shoots involve customs for equipment, local regulations, and timezone coordination. I have done this enough times to know exactly what paperwork needs to be filed and when.
My Process
Pre-production
I finalise the shot list, schedule, and production plan. Every detail is documented: call times, equipment lists, location maps, contact sheets. The team arrives on day one knowing exactly what needs to happen.
Crew Assembly
I build the team based on the project scope. Director, DP, camera operators, gaffers, sound recordists, production assistants. Each person is briefed individually so they understand the creative vision, not just the logistics.
Location Preparation
I confirm permits, scout the space, and plan lighting setups for each scene. If talent is involved, wardrobe and makeup are coordinated in advance. Nothing is left to chance.
Filming
I execute the shot list methodically while staying open to the unexpected moments that make footage feel alive. Dailies are reviewed on set so I never leave a location without the coverage I need.
Wrap & Handoff
All footage is backed up on set using dual-redundant drives. Media is organised, logged, and delivered to the post-production team with detailed notes on selects and preferred takes.
